Sublimation – The Facts.

In this context sublimation is the process with which we print man made fabrics.

In essence, we digitally print a special paper with the design. We then heat press the paper onto the fabric. The heat then causes the ink to turn into a coloured gas. It is this gas which penetrates the fibres of the fabric and dyes the fabric to that colour.

The printed fabric has no ink on the surface to irritate the skin. In fact, it is impossible feel the print at all.

All the fabrics print up with an ability to hold colours which range from soft and subtle to strong and vibrant without loosing depth or clarity. Sublimation enables virtually any design to be produced with a colour and clarity not previously possible.

Sublimation is by far the most impressive and detailed way to customise your sports, corporate or promotional clothing, allowing for endless design possibilities without added expense.

Designs can incorporate any effect, colour, gradient or font or that you can think of. Designs can go across seams, under arms and change colour as it progresses. At last... ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE!!! If you can draw it, it can be done!
