If there is something not answered please mail us.
1) Download the order form from our Downloads page.
2) Complete / fill in the form you have downloaded.
3) Click on the 'Email' button and save the form on your machine.
4) Attach any artwork / designs / logos you have that must go onto your order. (Please refer to our Design Specifications page for information on requirements regarding logos / designs etc..)
5) Add any special instructions, information and anything else you want us to know about.
6) Send the email (don't forget the attachments) to us.
7) You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 24 hours.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS PLEASE CONTACT US AS THE EMAIL MAY HAVE GONE ASTRAY.
The Steps In An Order.
If there is something not answered please mail us.
1) You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt from us within 24 hours.
2) Your order will be checked for immediately obvious problems such as impossible delivery dates, poor logos etc...
3) You will be advised of our acceptance of the order or problems found within 72 hours.
4) If you are advised of problems the order will be placed on hold whilst the problems are being resolved.
5) When the order is accepted you will receive a Pro Forma Invoice indicating the deposit amount and bank account to which the deposit must be paid.
6) Upon receipt of the payment advice from yourself the order will be put into production.
REMEMBER: Delays in payment WILL affect delivery dates.
7) You will receive artwork layouts for your checking and approval within another 72 hours.
8) Carefully check the artwork including all spellings. If it is correct, email us your written approval. If not correct, email us your written instructions for changes. Step 7 and 8 will continue untill we receive your written approval of the artwork.
REMEMBER: Delays in approval WILL affect delivery dates.
9) The final delivery date will be confirmed once we receive your written approval of the artwork layouts.
10) 24 hours prior to the order being complete, you will receive a reminder to pay the outstanding balance.
11) Upon receipt of payment confirmation, the order will be despatched in accordance with your instructions.
