OUR HISTORY:
We have been in business since 1990 manufacturing quality promotional garments for schools and the corporate promotional industry.
A silkscreen printing division was added in 1993 to add value to our products being sold. Please vist their website.
In 2000 we were awarded and accepted an agency for a range of professional cycling gear, this was our introduction to the world of sublimated sports clothing.
In 2005 digital sublimation machines were purchased and added to the manufacturing plant which employs over 85 full time skilled staff.
Since 2005, our complete in house facilities have been supplying custom sublimated garments to corporate companies, schools and professional sports clubs alike.
2012. Threw in the towel with local manufacturers. Getting our Products out right has always been difficult. Realised the only way to make the Sublimated FX garment right was to do it ourselves again (sold previous factory shareholding in 1999 to start building Sublimated FX).
2012. Invested in new digital printing equipment and sewing machines. Re-engineering product patterns begins. Investing vast sums in patterns with accuracy to 0.5mm, unheard of in this world wide industry (clothing manufacture). Started own manufacturing in earnest. 100% accuracy 300% production, response time reduced 60%. Initial goals achieved.
2013. Invested in another 19 sewing machines. Increased Designs to nearly 3000 (plenty more to come).
2013. Introduced company TAG line "TEAM WEAR ENGINEERED TO PERFORM'.
2014. Loading of Products to website begins. Year starts with 300% leap in sales via internet.
