Terms and Conditions of Sale.

IMPORTANT: ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A PURCHASE ORDER IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.

TERMS: 50 (fifty) percent with the order balance on delivery.

CONFIRMATION OF PHONE ORDERS: We will not be responsible for errors that occur on phone orders unless we have a mailed or faxed confirmation with PO's before the order is processed. OUR CONFIRMATION WILL BE BY FAX OR EMAIL UPON REQUEST ONLY, NO VERBAL REPLIES

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of order. We reserve the right to withdraw any style or color without prior notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be in writing and will be honoured on all orders that have not been prepared for production or shipment.

DELIVERY: It is our intention to react in a timely manner to your needs, however, in the peak of various seasons, we suggest that you allow for an additional 7-21 days for completion of orders. If an order is held due to clarification or insufficient information, delivery is computed from the date the order is released.

SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipments will be for your account. DHL shipments are charged for the cost of shipping, COD costs and amount of insurance to cover Rand amount of merchandise to be shipped. Additional charges will be added for any reshipped orders. We ship DHL to ensure that your orders arrive in a timely fashion. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of DHL and therefore assume no responsibility as to the actual delivery dates.

SHIPMENTS: We assume no responsibility for discrepancies on shipments to, from or via third parties

RETURNS, UNCLAIMED COD'S and SHORTAGES: There are no returns on our garments, because they are made to order. Any discovery of shortage due to packing error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an authorization number must appear on all shipping cartons, otherwise they will be refused. Dirty, worn or printed garments will not be accepted under any conditions. No cash credits. Credits will be issued on customer's next invoice.

OVER RUNS: We reserve the right to dispose of any Product on our premises for any reason whatsoever in any manner we deem fit as "Factory Seconds" without your consent or approval. No Royalties, trademark Restrictions or any other liability will be accpeted under any conditions whatsoever.

COLOURS: Whilst every effort is made to ensure matching of colours, it is scientifically impossible to guarantee colour match from dye lot to dye lot. We therefore cannot guarantee 100% colour matching.

WASHING: Please follow washing and care instructions as noted on this web site (see F.A.Q.) We are not responsible for problems due to improper laundering or care.
