How to Place an Order - the Steps.
Assuming you have already received a price from us and your design is sorted and you now wish to place the order...
We will need from you an email saying you want to place an order. In that email we need from you the following...
1) A registration Form (assuming you have not completed one). Register
2) The product description (eg mens golf shirt). Products
3) A list of the sizes and quantities (if each item must have a different Name / Number etc send a spreadsheet showing Name, Number, Size, Qty). Sizes
4) Any logos / sponsors logos in a vector format acceptable to us.
When we receive all this we will generate a pro-forma invoice for you along with the artwork proof for you to check.
You will be sent the Artwork Proof which will list the sizes, names, numbers etc...You will have to carefully check it. Iif you are happy you will need to reply to the mail you received it on by stating Approved Please Continue.
You will be sent the pro-forma invoice for you to pay the deposit and we will need to have received the deposit amount in our bank account before production will commence.
