Copyright..What is it and How it affects You.

Copyright, in a very broad and simple explaination is...WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO COPY

The internet makes it very easy to find, access and then just copy the work others have done. This is in fact theft. Please do not do that.

International Copyright Law gives the true owners of the copyright the backing to bring Criminal and or Civil Lawsuits against those who do not adhere to the law.

You can use what others have done as a starting point for new ideas you want to create, but you cannot use their work as it is.

So any logo you supply and or design you supply needs to be clear / free of ownership claims. If we are not satisfied, we will ask you for the required letters of permission, or, (and this does happen) we refuse to manufacture what you are wanting.

Copyright owners can not only sue you, but us too!

So, please remember, EVERYTHING on our website is Copyright protected. Somebody somewhere owns the copyright.
